Fruity and spicy, slightly biter
Made with “Perciasacchi wheat”, Sicilian citrus peel, sumac berries (Rhus Coriaria) and pink
pepper berries. Its taste is biter, with the unique aroma of Sicilian citrus fruits and the
addi�on of sumac berries and pink pepper.

Ingredients: Water, barley malt, wheat flakes, “Perciasacchi” wheat, hop, orange and
lemon zest 1%, sugar, yeast, pink pepper <1%, sumac berries <1%.
